The main aim of this project is to
develop main features of AAL5-SAR using MPC8260.The MPC8260 is placed between
the host system and a PHY device and is controlled by the host by accessing
the internal registers of the MPC8260 via PCI (Peripheral Component
interface) bus interface. The transmit/receive data is directly transferred
with system memory under the management of the host, by using the internal
DMA controller. An indication to each packet is transferred to the system
